1st time users, please print these instructions
Once you click on the Service Consultants name, you will be automatically directed to a login page. For 1st time users, please registers as a new customer at the bottom of the page completing all required questions. Once you have completed the registering process, you will be directed back to the Appointment page to continue making your service appointment.
Step 1: Click;the appropriate Maintenance/Repair boxes as needed and then click on Continue.
Step 2: Click the desired Available Date. (Note; if day is greyed out, then that date is not available for that Consultant), and then
Step 3: Click the desired Available Time. (Note; if day is greyed out, then that date is not available for that Consultant).
You will be next sent to a Confirmation of Appointment page. To the right of your selected service request, you will see a comment box. Pleasetype in any instructions or comments you feel that is necessary in order to complete your repair request correctly.
We will confirmed your appointment via email immediately.
